NewPath for Wireless Providers

NewPath Networks brings turnkey wireless communications solutions to areas where traditional network build-out is difficult due to zoning or cost constraints.

In these areas, NewPath builds out creative, stealth networks that have minimal visual impact on the community. Service providers can then lease space on the NewPath network, which provides them with a cost-effective, single-source solution for meeting customer demands while allowing them to maintain independent control of network configurations.

Service Providers that choose NewPath's distributed antenna networks to get coverage and capacity in hard-to-zone areas achieve efficiencies that are reflected in time to market, reduced capital expenditures for hardware, facilities, stealth building-related costs and reductions in ongoing operating costs. A typical NewPath fiber-fed network may consist of 20 nodes, each with an antenna that connects back to a centralized BTS facility, to provide coverage to a specified neighborhood or community. To duplicate the area of coverage with traditional equipment, a wireless operator would have to deploy approximately five towers, with five separate base stations, facilities, telephone lines, and power, as well as incur legal and political costs for zoning as well as associated costs and efforts to meet aesthetic requirements. NewPath enables operators to cover the same area with a single base station, providing more efficient use of radio resources and reducing associated costs from five to one.
